Weligama Beach is absolutely perfect for learning and is only five minutes away with a Tuk Tuk. For the Intermediate to the advanced surfer our area offer excellent punchy reef breaks. The best thing about living in Gurubebila is the beauty of just waking up in the morning and walk 50m to the surf!

At Jamu Surf Lodge we do not teach surfing or rent out boards, we only offer accomodation and tips to all eager surfers. Let us know if you have any questions about the surf, surf breaks, surflessons or transportation around to the different surf spots.
